I designed both the merchant and admin portals and other deliverables as indicated. As the product designer for Tgi pay, I worked closely with my team to create a seamless payment portal focused on a user-friendly dashboard, integrated invoicing, and payment links to streamline merchant transactions. Through continuous iteration based on feedback, we ensured a fast, secure, and intuitive experience. One major challenge was the Dispute Management module. The admin portal was more complex than intended during testing. I simplified the flow, redesigned the interface, and introduced clearer status updates, significantly improving dispute resolution for merchants.
